Fox News Draws Backlash After Airing Pro-Transgender Propaganda

Fox News came under fire last week after airing a segment about a biological girl, who transitioned at the age of five. Anchor Bryan Lienas said, “What extraordinary courage displayed by Ryland,” who is now 14. “People are afraid of what they don’t understand.”

Ryland’s mother, Hillary, claimed her “son” Ryland knew she was a boy before being able to speak. Cues like not liking feminine clothing tipped her off. When the child came out at the tender age of five, Ryland had the “full support of his parents.”

Ryland’s mother spoke of her deep faith. “If you believe in God, and he created us the way he wanted us, then yes, he created Ryland just the way he is.”

Ryland’s father was radicalized by other trans families, who encouraged them to listen to their small child’s opinion on gender identity because it can lead to self-harm. Fox News cites the Trevor Project, stating over 50% consider suicide. Ryland’s mother said, “I’d rather have a living son than a dead daughter.”

Fox News offered no pushback, no balance of perspective from regretful transitions like Scott Newgent, who was recently featured in “What Is A Woman,” a documentary produced by The Daily Wire. “We have five children’s hospitals in the United States telling girls that they can be boys at $70,000 a pop, in a surgery that has a 67% complication rate that will kill me from infection, that I can’t sue on. We are butchering a generation of children because no one is willing to talk about anything.”

The Whittington family has received much fame off their daughter’s gender dysphoria. Hillary wrote a book called Raising Ryland when her child was only six years old. CNN then produced a documentary by the same name.

Fox News also featured of picture of Ryland with California state senator Scott Wiener, who recently tweeted he’d like to introduce Drag 101 in K-12 curriculum. Senator Wiener is also responsible for lowering penalties for knowingly exposing a sexual partner to HIV and having anal sex with minors.

Matt Walsh, who starred in “What Is a Woman,” spoke out against Fox News. “I appreciate the platform they’ve given to me. If what I’m about to say ruins that relationship, so be it. We have to call this evil lunacy out wherever we see it. Especially on our own side.”

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro said, “Every element of this video is propagandistic, dangerous garbage.” He goes on to say, “This is child abuse. The vast majority of children who display signs of gender dysphoria desist over time.” And when it came to the segment’s emotional blackmail, Shapiro said: “There is no credible evidence that transition alleviates suicidal ideation among children who identify as LGBTQ+.”

Jedediah Bila called the segment, “disturbing on so many levels.”

Jason Whitlock of the “Fearless” podcast said, “‘Conservatives, and/or ‘Republicans’ are of no use in a spiritual war. Politics, politicians, and political people bend to political winds. It’s just a grab for power. Stannis Baratheon burned his daughter at a stake for power. Transitioning your child is nothing. #GoT”

Other viewers said they had to turn the channel and vowed to cancel their Fox News Nation subscription. Some called “America’s Newsroom” host, Dana Perino, a “hack.” Others called for the firing of Ryan Lienas and his producer, Melissa Chrise, like The Daily Wire CEO Jeremy Boreing.

“I absolutely support canceling child abuse,” said Matt Walsh, “and anyone who promotes it.”
