DHS Uses Pro-Life White Women as Potential Terror Threats in Training Scripts

If you worked at the Department of Homeland Security and were tasked with creating training modules on deradicalizing potential terror threats, what sort of scenarios would you use? Would you use politically obsessed citizens who are frustrated with the process and hint at turning to violence? Would you use fanatical religious citizens who obsess with violence to achieve the greater good? Or how about racial supremacists muttering violence?

Well, the Biden administration thought the perfect potential terrorist was Ann, a middle-aged married woman from rural America, who happens to be pro-life. You see, Ann has always been religious but became closer to God after her mother passed (something very common). One day, Ann is at a ribbon-cutting ceremony and calls someone a “baby killer,” which prompts three action scenarios from DHS: talk to Ann’s husband about her behavior, go to Ann’s preacher, or stop by Ann’s house to speak to her privately.

Though “baby killer” isn’t a tactful way to debate the topic of abortion, it’s not an inaccurate term. An induced abortion is a procedure that is literally intended to kill a baby in the womb.  Though, if you mention this topic on Youtube or Tiktok, the “context” added from the National Library of Medicine claims it’s merely “a procedure to end a pregnancy” and “it uses medicine or surgery to remove the embryo or fetus and placenta from the uterus.” By this definition, it’s not very different than a cesarean section. Our government is lying by omission.

America First Legal obtained DHS documents through a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act), revealing this training module script. The documents are from 2021.

Ann is later portrayed as a larger threat after “she brings up pro-life arguments and begins ranting, saying that something should be done to put a stop to the planned parenthood offices in the next county.” Ann then shares videos of violent protests on her phone and uses “more militant language.” DHS asks the hairdresser in the scenario if they will choose to call the sheriff, talk to other coworkers, or go online to research groups Ann was talking about.

DHS also highlighted another potential white woman threat. “Courtney” was spreading conspiracy theories about government corruption and their connections to child abuse and sex trafficking.

Ironically, the Biden administration was criticized last year for insufficient action on groups like Jane’s Revenge, a militant pro-abortion group that committed vandalism and arson in retaliation to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. The leaker of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision was also never found, and the Biden administration allowed illegal protests to persist outside the homes of conservative justices.

The Biden Administration also targeted several pro-life activists, including Mark Houck, who was federally charged for an altercation outside of an abortion clinic after local authorities declined to press charges. A team of FBI agents arrested Houck at gunpoint in front of his wife and children.

This continues a disturbing trend of political targeting. The Biden administration was criticized for targeting parents concerned about their curriculum and while Biden was vice president, the Obama administration was caught up in a scandal when it was revealed the IRS was targeting right-wing groups.
